About Me

I'm a student at New York University, studying Computer Science and Data Science. I enjoy building software and working with data, and I'm currently gaining experience in both areas through coursework, internships, and personal projects. Right now, I'm working as a Software Development Intern at NYU, where I help develop a web application used by faculty members to manage university awards. I work on both the backend (using Java and Oracle Database) and the frontend (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Thymeleaf. In my free time, I like working on some side projects which you can see in my portfolio.

Pokemon Showdown Win Percentage Predictor

Built a Python web scraping pipeline used to extract replay data from Pokémon Showdown. Deployed on an AWS EC2 server and stores data logs in cloud storage in AWS. A log parsing system was built to convert the data into structured battle states for each turn. The output data was used to build a neural network in PyTorch to predict a player's win probability at any given turn based on the state of the battle. Utilized AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT were utilized to accelerate project development and improve overall efficiency.
